Chekkaralu

Chekkaralu / Janthikalu are a type of savoury noodles from the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. These spongy, tangy noodles are made from rice flour and tamarind. Chekkaralu can be eaten as a snack or as a side dish with hot rice.
