GiSol has undergone a minor reformulation, and no longer contains milk. GiSol provides at least 3 billion saccharomyces boulardii (up to the date of expiry). It's shelf-stable meaning it require refrigeration and is ideal for taking 'on-the-go' or whilst travelling. Saccharomyces boulardii is a unique, safe, non-pathogenic yeast. It has been safely used world-wide to support intestinal health since its discovery in 1920. GiSol can be used either on its own, or alongside other live bacteria, including Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria. It may also be used while taking antibiotics as it is antibiotic resistant.
